Payment Methods:

At Stepping Stones we want to make sure that payment of your childcare fees is as simple and secure as possible. We are therefore happy to accept bank transfers, standing orders and childcare vouchers, or for more convenience a Direct Debit can be set up.

Childcare Vouchers:

Stepping Stones are also registered with most childcare voucher companies and accept HMRC tax-free childcare payments. For more information regarding the HMRC tax-free childcare scheme, please click here

How are fees calculated?

We have a number of flexible options when calculating your child care fees designed to suit your family needs.

Fees can be calculated on a monthly basis, charging for the days your child is booked in to attend each calendar month.

Alternatively we can offer the ability to fix your fees, charging a fixed monthly fee to help with budgeting.

Monthly invoices are issued on the 1^st week each month.

Discounts:

Sibling discounts are offered at all of our Stepping Stones Day Nurseries. Also, full time bookings benefit from a reduced fee rate. Please contact us for more information.

15 and 30 Hours Funding:

Stepping Stones Day Nurseries offer FREE 15 and 30 hours funded places for eligible, 2, 3 and 4 year old children.  For further information on how to apply for funding, please click here.
